Queue fee
On this page you will find information on the fee for the housing queue.
New way to pay the queue fee effective from 2 April
The information below is valid from 2 April 2024. If you have received an invoice or invoice reminder before 1 April, you have two options:
- Pay the invoice via bank transfer before 1 April
or - Pay the invoice via our e-service after 2 April
Log in to "My pages" External link. to see if your queuing fee is due. When it's time to pay, there will be a message with the heading "Notified" or "Reminder" under "My applications", "Housing".
It may take up to five business days before we have registered your payment. If the money has been withdrawn from your account and it still says that you have not paid, please contact us.
How to pay your fee
You will receive information via e-mail when it is time to pay your queuing fee. In the e-mail, you will receive information on how to find the e-service which can be used to pay the fee.
In the e-service, it is important that you enter the customer number which you are paying the queuing fee for. Your customer number can be found in the e-mail and when you log in to "My pages" External link. under "Account", "My information".
In the e-service, you can pay the queuing fee with either Swish or payment card (VISA and MasterCard).
If you do not have an e-mail address, you will receive information in the post when it is time to pay.
Unpaid fees
If you have not paid your queuing fee after one month, you will receive a reminder with information about your customer number and where to find the e-service. If you have not paid your queuing fee within 6 months from when the fee was originally due, you will lose your place in the queue.
